ERM Power is an Australian commercial and industrial energy retailer and trader founded in 1980 and listed in 2010. It operates an electricity supply business (the second-largest retailer to C&I customers) and two gas-fired generation plants. A key area of growth is energy solutions, while the company has recently announced the sale of its US business. In this interview, ERM Power's MD and CEO, Jon Stretch, talks about the prospects for the company and explains its capital management framework.

Sif Holding produces parts of offshore wind foundations, mostly monopiles, but also transition pieces for the fast-growing offshore wind market. He explains how changing requirements for offshore wind affect the company and outlines his plans for the expansion of production facilities in Rotterdam. Corporate decarbonisation business VivoPower International has announced an exclusive manufacturing collaboration with Toyota, the world’s largest car maker. Toyota Australia intends to integrate VivoPower’s batteries, electric vehicles (EVs) and wiring to electrify its iconic Land Cruisers – turning chassis originally destined to be diesels into emission-friendly EVs. In an update note issued after the announcement, Edison analyst David Larkam declared the five-year deal ‘a major milestone’, supporting revenues and reducing risk as VivoPower prepares to hyperscale.
