Carclo (CAR); Sarah Matthews-DeMers appointed as Group Finance Director

Sarah will take over from Richard Ottaway, Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary, who was appointed the acting Chief Financial Officer on 31 March 2018. She will join the company’s board on 18 July 2018

Sarah is currently with Rotork as Director of Strategy and Investor Relations. Prior to this she was the Associate Group Finance Director at Avon Rubber where her responsibilities included corporate reporting, investor relations, treasury, tax, M&A and post-transaction integration. Sarah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with a first class honours degree in Accountancy Studies.
