Deutsches Eigenkapitalforum (EKF) 2018

Date: 27 Nov 2018

Venue: Frankfurt

The Deutsches Eigenkapitalforum (EKF) is one of the largest investor conferences in Europe, connecting European mid and small caps with an audience of global investors. Since its start in 1996, this conference has grown to become a key fixture in the Frankfurt financial calendar.

The three-day conference combines company presentations, one-to-one meetings and great networking opportunities. At the 2018 EKF, more than 4,000 one-to-one meetings and about 210 company presentations were held, with an audience of more than 2,000 investors, a 10% increase year on year.

Edison is proud to have been a main sponsor of the event since 2012. As part of our partnership, we produce a conference book profiling participating clients and support selected foreign issuers with their attendance at the conference. Furthermore, we offer our clients the opportunity to present their investment case in a differentiated way with TV interviews:

The atmosphere at the event was extremely vibrant and this was most evident in the group presentations which were often standing room only. This was echoed by the issuers who were impressed by the quality and quantity of investors in their one-to-one meetings.

Many company presentations were upbeat about their long term business prospects, which is in strong contrast to the near term economic and political risks.

Congratulations to the Deutsche Borse on another well organised and successful event.
